     Hay dyudes, today we're going to discuss one of the greatest MELs out there, MEL Fisher. Now, MEL Fisher was just your ordinary kid growing up. He was a country-man in Glen Park, Indiana, born in 1922 with nothing unusual to his name besides some big dreams. MEL wanted to become a treasure hunter, just like he saw Jim Hawkins and others do in the books he looked to for inspiration. But alas, Indiana isn't known for its sunken treasures, or oceans at all for that matter. And so MEL had to wait. But he was destined to aMELiorate his own present situation of boredom and not belonging,  that was for sure.      After graduating college, serving overseas as an Army Engineer, and moving from Indiana to Florida and California,  MEL still hadn't forgotten his dream of diving and finding sunken treasure. Soon, he took some lessons, opened a small scuba shop (first in the world) (in addition to a chicken ranch) (the chicken ranch wasn't a new thing, there were plenty of those

But this class has changed everything for harry, he found out that he really loved acting and also found his future wife there. After college he get married and they then fly to Hollywood to find some acting opportunities. He then gets a contract which pays him little to nothing, and all the opportunities he got were small and unnoticeable. After 2 years he got significantly higher role than he used to, which was a 60 second clip in which he actually gets a chance to speak.                                   Hello Guys, Ooops Mel's. I know some might be mad that I haven't uploaded for a long time but guess what I'm back, that's what matters yay!! We are back again with our posts there will be 3-5 posts each week. He supported nonviolence and helped India gain freedom from the British. In this quote, Gandhi says to not enforce violence or means of fighting people physically in order to combat your problems, but instead to use peace and tactically solve them. He is saying that violence is not the only way to change the world, but you can use peace and smartness to change it too.

             A man and his wife walk into a restaurant together. The man says he wants some H2O, while the woman says she wants H2O too. The man drinks the water and is ready to order some food, and when he looks at his wife, he finds her to be dead. How does the man's wife die? Answer: She asked for H2O too, but the waiter thought she asked for H2O2, which is hydrogen peroxide, a deadly chemical compound. So, when she drank it, she died. So, did you get it?

                       This question basically mean, how to achieve your goals. Okay lets get into it, If you observe a lion closely in forest, you can see that it stores it's energy. It doesn't run around like a stupid. This is because if it does that then it wouldn't have anergy when it needs it. Conserving energy is important. How do you conserve  the energy? If you have work. I mean it's not like you have work 24/7. Out of 24 hours you will properly have 4 hours where you actually do something that is important. This is the time where you have to put your full focus, dedication and effort. Once you're done with that task then you should relax. Mentally and physically. When you're doing this you are restoring the energy. Like if we sleep then we are bringing the energy back. You should know these both skills in life.      When you're working on something, there's always times that you say you're working but aren't really. You could be distracted by something, or just zoned out. Let's be honest. In times like these, you hardly get any work done at all. Here are some tips to keep you productive, even in these hard times. Structure Work Time      One potential tip to help you work more is to designate what you'll do at every time of the day. If you create a schedule for yourself, it leads to you being able to cut yourself away from distractions. On the schedule, you should put down whatever you intend to do for that period. If you decide you should take a break, put that on the schedule too. The most important thing is to never disobey the schedule. If you do, then that defeats the whole purpose.      An additional tip that you can utilize in your schedule is, in addition to what you will be doing for certain time periods, put what you seek to accomplish.      Handshakes: a simple gesture of greeting that,  somehow, tells a person how good you are at life. A single handshake has the power to make--or break-- a relationship. So listen up, MEL's. This is real important stuff. T he importance of a perfect handshake cannot be overstated enough. Types of Handshakes      There are many different styles of handshakes that you can go for. Some people recommend the real firm handshakes, but do not go all movie star and try to break the other person's hand. Even if you could, breaking somebody's hand is not the way to start a long-term relationship. But don't go in the other direction, either. Don't go all flibby-flobby and pretend you don't have any muscles in your hand. The handshake should be the same for both parties involved. And definitely don't bring the other hand into it. That's just not cool, dyude.      You want to shake the person's hand very few times. Maybe up, then down, then up again, then down

  Based on knowledge and what happened in past could be repeated again, but we can't create something new out of it. Until one has imagination. Meaning first we image something and then use the knowledge and this is fine. but if we only think about it based on knowledge, then it's impossible to do something new. Based on knowledge we could repeat the same things, going in circle. For example if theirs a bulb and if you have knowledge about it, then you could build more bulbs with that knowledge. It could become a factory and more bulbs could be produced. Sorry guys, this is all. This quote has a lot to it and I went just a bit in depth. I didn't have time because of my college course.     This is a great quote and when he said this quote, computers were not developed. Internet didn't penetrate that much, but he knew what was going to happen in the future. He gave this statement based on that. Why is it not important to learn facts in education? If we talk about todays world, then facts are available in a click of button. So that mean if you go to school/college and learn and put it in the brain. What is the use of it? everything's already online. if you memories everything and have to retrieve it then how is that going to be possible. You would have to ask that question to yourself and you remember and tell it. But if you had to ask a question then you could have asked the same question to your iPhone.                                There are many people who are going to demotivate you in your journey. The world doesn’t like people being successful. They will try to push you down. In this moment I just do one thing,  in my perspective it’s a good thing when people start demotivating you and I fact I believe that when people demotivate you  that’s when you know your going on the right track. Okay, so how do you stay positive, when people try to demotivate me I intake everything that they are telling me and when I lose hope in something, I remember everything that they say. So, I use the demotivation as a fuel to make me progress. I get twice the energy when I remember everything they said. Do the same thing, act like you don’t care but take it in and use it as a fuel. Usually when people hear someone demotivation then they try to fight, it try to prove that they are wrong and in this process you get Stressed or even loose a friend\relationship.                              Let's start of with Albert Einstein's first quote which is " Every Body is a genius, but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree. It  will be living it's whole life thinking it's stupid", this is a powerful statement, before I tell you the meaning try to understand it first. Okay so the meaning of this is, if someone else judges the fish then there's no problem, then the person who judged is stupid. Meaning if the world judges you there's no problem and the world is stupid, but if the fish judges it's own ability's and thinks that it can't climb the tress then it's stupid.                                    I saw many many people who believe investing in stocks are risky. Here's my take on stocks and its risks. I never believe something is risky. There are two main reason, one being if you believe something is risky your brain automatically sends you bad signal meaning it's going to be imputing more information that is against it, and in the same place instead of thinking its risky, if you tell your self why its risky then most of the times the answer would be because of you doing a mistake. I believe if something is risky to someone then they don't know much about it. For example- everyone watching this blog must have been in 1st grade at a time and when you were in 1st grade most of the things were tough, even multiplying and dividing was hard, but we had teachers who wanted us to learn and we ultimate did it and now that we know what it is and it's seems easy.              McDonalds Business, Do you know what business does McDonalds does?, If you guessed food business you were wrong. McDonalds is a Real estate business. McDonalds earns money through the fast food and buys stores, and because it's a big company which means when they put out a restaurant at a new location there will be more people who get jobs, so they buy the land and pay no taxes. A normal person buys a house and pays about 25k+ as tax if the property is worth 500k, but these giant companies don't have to pay taxes, so basically they don't pay anything to the government. As an example I used the number's in K's but the deals of McDonald's happens in Million and in which they save millions and if they sell the same place to someone else they get both the tax and the cost for house/land/shop. The person who known's how to save taxes and eliminate it is going to be a King.

                           Many men and women believe that they are getting richer ever day by saving their money in the banks, because bank gives you 3% growth each year. But if you look at it in close, it a gain for banks and loss for you. How you may ask? There is something known as a GDP which is known as growth of a country in simple terms. Each year United States has a GDP of 8 to 15 percent. The lowest it might go up is 6%, so if you look at the market, even thought you might be thinking that the money is increasing, it not. It depreciates, if a taco was $3 this year it would be $3.25 the next year, this might not be a big difference for one item but if you look at it for the whole year, it calculates and becomes more than compared to last year. This doesn't mean you shouldn't save, you should save but your money should also be in other places such as stocks which could make you money and cover the GDP each year.                                  "Every 26 seconds a teen drops out of school" . Their might be many teens thinking of dropping out from school/universities to start/do something big. I was one of them, I also "thought" off dropping out but I really didn't have a choice because I had Indian parents. This was the time when I was in 9th grade. I saw many big entrepreneurs explaining why studying is not necessary to become rich. I agree to that point, but that doesn't mean one should drop out of their school/university. I researched, and when I did, I found out that the number of people who get rich by dropping out of school/ university is really low, it doesn't mean that you can't become, it simply means that their is a lot of risk you are taking and if you do not succeed in what you aim to achieve by dropping out then you will most likely end up becoming poor. One steaming day, I and my mom had to go to my school to collect my report card. I was nervous, as the vehicle got closer, my heart rate increased. But somehow, I and mom went to school to collect the report card( In India parents are told to arrive and collect the report card from the school). Then, surprisingly I got 39/40 in Science and all the other subjects were near 35/40.
